Since 2001, Kwan-Yin Healing Arts Center has had the privilege of serving the greater Portland community with integrative medical care. For a quarter century, we've walked alongside our patients through healing, growth, and change—and that has meant everything to us.

As we close this chapter, we're grateful for the community we built together: the patients who trusted us with their care, and the providers who poured their skill and heart into this clinic.

We're glad to share that Nourishing Life Collective has opened in our former Northeast Sandy location. You'll find some familiar faces there, continuing the same commitment to care that Kwan-Yin was built on.

For former patients:

Your medical records are being kept with Nourishing Life Collective, and you may request them there. For ease of access, Nourishing Life Collective is keeping the same phone and fax number: 503-701-8766 (phone) and 503-241-5484 (fax).

You may also download your medical records through the Kwan Yin Athena Portal. Simply log on, click My Health → Health Records → All Time, and select either Download or Email
