Dr. Lindsay Wilkinson, ND, L.Ac.

How can I help YOU?

I work with patients who are in pain, who feel blocked, and who are missing out on life.  Patients who come to see me often express feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, burned out and know that their health is heading in the wrong direction.  My patients often love bodywork but  don’t know how to connect to their own bodies.

I want to help you feel like the best possible version of yourself.  Maybe you’re missing out because you’re having trouble getting pregnant, or because your relationships are a mess, or because of your painful periods, or your anxiety, or your body pain.  Or maybe you’re missing out because you can’t feel anything and are completely disconnected.

I can help you get back to yourself by teaching you how to tune in to your body’s messages.  You can learn how to start trusting your body’s signals to heal yourself through diet, exercise, bodywork, herbs and nutrients.

I want to help you identify and remove the obstacles that are getting in the way of living life to the absolute fullest.  By engaging with your body, mind and spirit, I can help you learn how to experience joy, vitality, adventure, and redefine healthy relationships so that you can grow into who you truly are and who you want to be.

I can help you access the whole spectrum of naturopathic and traditional healthcare approaches including lab testing, treatment options and connecting with the appropriate healthcare providers to build a comprehensive approach to your wellbeing.  My joy in serving you is not only providing you with the best possible natural medical care, but in being your guide and facilitator on your journey, ready to meet you where you are at right now.

As a full-time mom, partner and healer, I KNOW what it’s like to hustle.  And I know that sometimes my health takes a backseat as I juggle all of life’s priorities.  But I also know from my own health journey that there is hope for balance.  Balance is a constantly moving, shifting, growing, changing concept, and it is possible for you.  Even if you know you’re way out of balance, we can get you feeling better to enjoy all the other amazing parts of your life.

For you to feel your absolute best, you need a doctor that can understand where you are right now and how you got there.  Someone to provide expert advice, information, and resources to get you back in balance.  You need someone who will walk with you on your journey into vital wellness, who will cheer you on, hold you accountable, and continue to develop a relationship that supports you when you need it.  I want to help you realize your full potential, with your healthy body as the foundation for every other AMAZING thing you are doing in the world.  I KNOW that I can help you, whether you’re someone with a chronic illness who is living the daily health struggle, someone working on a specific health goal, or someone who is interested in feeling better than ever before, I want to be a part of your healthcare team helping you achieve your goals.

Are we a good fit?

Patients who work well with me love to collaborate but are not looking for a “silver bullet” answer or asking to be “fixed”.  Patients who are okay with a clear, direct communication style and want to be deeply heard and listened to.  Patients who are interested in unearthing the deepest root causes of their illness, which means confronting patterns of physical, mental and spiritual disharmony; and patients who are willing to take an active role in their own healing.

I am not a primary care provider, but I have lots of resources to help you find one if you need to establish care.  I do take insurance, but some of the services I offer may have an additional cost if they are not covered under your plan.

I hope to get the chance to work with you and wish you all the best on your journey towards healing. For more detailed information about how I can help you experience vibrant health, visit my website at www.drlindsaywilkinson.com.
