Endobiogeny

Endobiogeny is a systems biology medicine based upon the idea that neuroendocrine system manages metabolism and all physiology within humans. Conceived by Christian Duraffourd, MD, and developed with Jean-Claude Lapraz, MD in the early 1980’s. Endobiogeny is a theory of how human life develops, maintains and adapts itself as a dynamic, living system based on a synthetic, global systems approach to human physiology. At it’s core, endobiogeny informs us about hormonal and metabolic balance within the body an how it is contributing to thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, insulin, growth hormone, DHEA, Aldosterone, Cortisol, and over 100 other aspects about the endocrine system. From endobiogeny we can look at why someone is unable to mainatin a healthy weight, to why their energy level is low, to from where their fertility issues arise.
